The Factory
The company obtained the license to produce (non-cultivation) narcotic drug type 5, Hemp only, in September 1, 2022 and certified by GMP compliance of a herbal preparation manufacturing (GHPP) in December 14, 2023.
The extraction factory is located in Pinthong Industrial Estate, Chon Buri Province, and has the internal area of more than 950 square meters. It was designed and built on the basis of GHPP and consists of two main parts, which are the laboratory and the manufacturing area.
Laboratory
The company realizes the importance of having its own laboratory to verify the quality of the raw materials obtained from the agriculturists and test the extracts manufactured at each stage.
With the investment of 32 million Baht only in the laboratory, along with the experts, the company is fully equipped with the capacity to test substance values in all types of products, including CBD in dried flowers, heavy metals, contaminants, microbes, and other residues. Moreover, the laboratory is applying for ISO/IEC 17025 which is expected to complete in 2024. Therefore, partners can rest assured that the result of Certificate of Analysis is accurate in accordance with the standards.
The company also provide the specific hemp product analyzing service to business partners in the upstream, midstream and downstream business to increase options and minimize the amount of work of other central laboratories which are still limited in number.

Manufacturing
The company considers downstream business partners who want to use CBD extracts as components of the products in different brands that need quality extracts in sufficient amount and continuous manner, as well as installation of the hemp flower extraction system with high production capacity and yielding quality products to ensure that the downstream business partners will receive high-quality extracts as expected continuously and quickly.
The machines in the entire manufacturing system are made from stainless steel for cleanliness and safety of consumers. The manufacturing system is divided into 4 sub-systems by manufacturing rooms as follows:
1. Ethanol Extraction Room
The company relies on Cryogenic Ethanol Extraction technology which uses ethanol to extract key substances from hemp flowers. It is the clean, safe and environmentally-friendly technology.
2. Evaporation Room
CBD Rich Ethanol obtained from the extraction room will be ethanol-evaporated to be reused for more than 95 percent prior to being condensed through heat to become CBD Crude Oil which is rich in active substances from hemp flowers.
3. Distillation Room
The large distiller consisting of 3 towers work continuously can distill CBD Crude Oil quickly and obtain clear amber-color CBD Distillate.
4. Crystallization Room
CBD Distillate in the form of oil will be processed through flash crystallization at the temperature of lower than -30 degree Celsius until it becomes CBD Isolate without THC and having high level of CBD purity.
